One of the essential conditions to effectively leverage technology for learning is consistent and adequate funding. Is there a standard relating to yearly investment in regards to the schools size that could serve as a base? Im working on a funding formula for schools. There seems to be nothing of the sort by the ISTE per se. However, is there another established organizations that promotes such a standard?
