A few of our teachers have used it and I haven't heard anything, but I prefer to use Microsoft Translator. Only the teacher needs to have an account (free) and the students/participants can choose their language. As a tech trainer, I was asked to train a class of 7th and 8th graders all new to America. 5 languages, none spoke English fluently. We were in a lab so they logged into the
Microsoft Translator website and I gave them the join code. It's also an app. Within minutes, they were not only able to communicate with me, but, for the first time, could truly communicate with each other since all messages are translated for the user.
The letters they wrote me the next week are treasures that brought tears to my eyes. One student introduced his dad to the app. His dad runs a company and doesn't speak the language of most of his workers, but now they can communicate.
