Advice for Starting Remotely

I have been trying to gather and simplify advice for my classroom teachers to start the year remotely.  Or, be prepared if we did a blended learning model or had leave again during the year.  This is very different from the emergency remote learning we did from March to June.  One thing I've learned is that most good online courses take a year of preparation.  Based on when school boards decide, we may get a month or less.

This is the advice I've put together.  It's not complete at all, but we need to focus on how to start.  I'd love to find out what others have put together.

I haven't put anything together yet, but attended a webinar today that made me think about putting something together. I would love to use your excellent post as a starting point. Would that be okay with you?
