One of our high schools has had some great success with Goosechase "scavenger hunts". You could probably use things like selfies at events as items in Goosechase. I just don't know how long an event can be active. I don't think we've run anything for longer than a week.

My district is looking into ways to engage students as they come back into school full time, at some point. One idea is to create a points system that allows students to earn points for coming to school, attending school functions, and other activities. They would then be able to use the points to get into events for free, get a discounted ticket to prom, as well as other perks. It is not meant to be a behavior monitoring tool but rather an engagement tool as we get students re-engaged in school. I've only just started researching possible apps to use and came across RedCritter. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with RedCritter or suggestions of other apps that would serve this purpose.
