Check out the Build a Better Book project! Youth use a variety of different maker tools & technologies to create more accessible books, games, toys and STEM learning tools for children/youth who are blind or visually impaired. Students have created tactile books, interactive kits, toys, board games, etc., for a variety of community clients, including school and public libraries, schools for the blind, and special education departments.

What are some of your favorite projects/learning experiences for students to apply their STEAM, maker, and tech knowledge to create for social good. I'd love to learn more about the ways that students across the globe are engaging in this type of meaningful learning.
