Dr. Parker is an Interactive Learning/School Data & Improvement Consultant with a passion for digital age teaching and learning. She is a co-creator of 21thingsProject, a suite of web sites guiding students and educators to free technology resources, curriculum, and PD aligned to the ISTE Standards (Awarded two ISTE Seals of Alignment). For her work, Jennifer received the ISTE 2018 Outstanding Leader Award.
She has spent over two decades pointing educators to free online assessment and evaluation tools, sharing best practices, and embedding digital citizenship. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has served K-12 students as a CTE Business teacher, K-12 Library Media Specialist, District Instructional Technology & Media Director, and Regional/State Consultant. Jennifer has many national memberships and presentations on her resume, and is the State Coordinator of MISchoolData Professional Development.
She has a BS, MA, Ed.D.from Central Michigan University; MBE from Eastern Michigan University.
